Aluminum Super-Hard Alloy

Tensile strength above 280MPa, mainly used in aviation, medical, sports, automotive fields, etc.

We provide a variety of semi-finished and finished products of aluminium alloy, including bars, plates, hollow materials, special-shaped materials, etc. The materials include 6082, 6013, 7003, 7075, 2A12, etc. At the same time, we have also been involved in CNC for many years and are equipped with different precise CNC equipment and professionals to help customers implement products.
7 Series
Zinc-based aluminum alloys, mainly in aerospace, are known for their superhard properties, with some grades rivaling steel hardness while remaining highly weldable.
6 Series
Moderate strength, excellent corrosion resistance, good weldability, and favorable processing properties. Our company also produces various oxidized coloring materials to provide a stable supply for multiple industries.
5 Series
Magnesium-aluminum alloys, known for their heat resistance, weldability, and fatigue strength, are mainly used in the maritime industry, especially for ship decks, and can be cold-processed for increased strength.
3 Series
Manganese-aluminum alloys, with excellent corrosion resistance, welding properties, and ductility, are used in aerospace for seamless oil conduit tubes and household appliance parts.
2 Series
Copper-aluminum alloys, primarily used in aerospace and high-temperature industries, provide high strength and are heat-treatable.

The advantages of super-hard aluminum alloys compared to regular aluminum materials include:

1.Greater Strength: They can withstand higher loads and stresses, making them valuable in engineering and manufacturing.

2.Enhanced Wear Resistance: Their higher hardness makes them suitable for applications with prolonged use and abrasion, like mechanical components and tools.

3.Good Corrosion Resistance: They maintain performance and appearance in harsh environments, crucial in industries like marine and chemical.

4.Lightweight: Despite their strength, they remain lighter than many materials, ideal for aerospace and automotive applications.

5.Machinability: They can be easily shaped and processed, offering design flexibility.
