A:After the customer confirms the drawing, the production time of the sample is 12-21 days, special models need to be negotiated, and the transportation time depends on the customer's situation.

A:The lead time for new molds is 45-60 days, and the lead time for existing molds is 25-35 days. Special models need to be negotiated.

A:If the customer finds a problem within 15 days after receiving the goods, he needs to contact us in time by writing or email. We will respond to the solution within 24 hours after receiving the objection.
